IMMEDIATE - Call or Contact Centre Operator - till Feb '26 - $35.80 per hour + Super - NSW Govt Project
Position Title : Call or Contact Centre Operator
Till : 20/02/2026
Pay Rate : $35.80 per hour + Super
Hours of Work : 7 hours p/d, 35 hours p/w
Location : Parramatta
MUST HAVE : Call Center / Contact Center / Customer Service
Must be located in Sydney, NSW and have valid full work rights
IMP NOTE : Due to the high volume only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
Business Line:
These agents will be working within the Travel & Recreation - infolines
Span of Hours/Roster:
Up to 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week
The successful contractors will be working on a 6am-10pm rotating roster Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Position description:
- 2 - 3 years customer service experience (call centre, admin, retail)
- Need excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous government experience is preferred but not required
- Previously worked in an office environment
Intermediate computer skills required include -
Typing / Using mouse and monitor / Strong email etiquette / Proficient in Microsoft office suite, particularly Outlook and Teams
