Join a major energy sector player as they embark on a business-critical SAP S/4HANA migration. We’re seeking a Senior SAP Business Analyst to lead and guide business analysis efforts for the transition from ECC to S/4HANA, beginning with ERP and ISU modules. This is a brownfield migration, not a greenfield transformation, but it’s a cornerstone program for the enterprise—and the BA will be at the centre of it.

This permanent opportunity offers a salary package of up to $180,000, hybrid work options, and the chance to shape one of the most impactful SAP programs in the energy sector.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale tech initiatives
• Proven track record in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations, ideally with ERP and/or ISU exposure
• Ability to guide teams, mentor junior BAs, and drive outcomes across complex stakeholder groups
• Hands-on experience in either functional (process) or technical (interfaces, integration, configuration) aspects of SAP—ideally both
• Confident facilitating workshops, supporting UAT, gathering requirements, and translating business needs into actionable deliverables
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both developers and senior business leaders

Project Environment

• SAP Modules in Scope: ERP, ISU (more modules to follow during rollout)
• Domains: Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Asset Management, Customer Services
• Migration Type: Brownfield approach with some redesign as needed for S/4HANA compatibility
• Ecosystem Integrations: iTron, GIS, and other operational platforms
• Tools: Jira, Lucidchart (used actively), ARIS (used sparingly)
