Are you a strategic and delivery-focused Senior Business Analyst ready to make your mark on a career-defining digital transformation?

We’re partnering with a major Australian enterprise undergoing a multi-year, enterprise-wide eCommerce re-platforming program. This is a first-of-its-kind implementation in Australia involving a global technology partner and a integrable digital commerce architecture.

You’ll play a central role in defining and delivering the next generation of digital customer experience for one of the country’s largest online businesses.

The Role: Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll work across multiple delivery teams to define and document high-quality requirements, drive alignment between stakeholders and support the successful delivery of complex platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to define requirements and process flows.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog items in Agile environments.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and test readiness activities.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to align priorities and clarify scope.
• Partner with offshore and vendor teams to ensure delivery is on track and aligned.

Must-Have Experience:

• Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale digital or eCommerce initiatives.
• Ability to operate in dynamic, cross-functional environments with multiple internal and vendor stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in agile environments, including writing user stories and participating in ceremonies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills - business, digital and technology-facing.

Nice to Have:

• Background in retail, eCommerce, logistics or consumer-focused industries.
• Exposure to composable commerce platforms or global vendor delivery models.
• Experience guiding or mentoring other business analysts.
