Front of House & Administration Support

Location: Oakleigh, Melbourne

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional individual to join our Oakleigh team as Front of House & Administration Support. This role is pivotal in shaping the first impression of GTK and requires someone who reflects our values of excellence, care, and customer focus.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth administrative support across our teams. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring a positive, proactive approach to your work.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming calls and triaging across departments

Coordinating and triaging new referrals for AT Consultants and Service Technicians

Managing web and email inquiries via the GTK inbox

Updating and maintaining customer records in our CRM system

Supporting internal teams through the sales order process

Greeting visitors and representing GTK at the front desk

Performing day-to-day administrative tasks as directed by unit and regional managers

Overseeing stock and inventory of office supplies

What We’re Looking For

A can-do attitude and professional demeanor

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work well in a team-oriented environment

Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively

A history of professional success and commitment to service excellence

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Klevr is highly regarded.

Additional Requirements

As an NDIS-registered provider, all GTK staff must meet the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework standards.
