What You’ll Tackle Daily
Manage and support the administration and sales team
Conduct monthly stock takes and leadership reporting
Coordinate staff development and performance reviews
Handle NetSuite program updates and order entries
Manage customer queries and complaints
Liaise with logistics and farm teams for stock coordination
Organise staff meetings and company events
Oversee reseller relationships and loyalty programmes
Ensure compliance with OHS standards
What You Bring to the Table
Advanced administration and staff management experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
High proficiency in computer systems and software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Experience with NetSuite and Microkeeper systems
