This team specializes in tailored lighting presentations that go beyond standard offerings—educating and inspiring clients with bespoke, project-centric solutions.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Sales Professional who is deeply connected to the specification & design community who loves solution selling to their customers. The ideal candidate excels at relationship-building with specifiers and project teams, and is passionate about the influence of lighting on the built environment across a range of project types.

This is a newly created role that will spearhead the next growth phase of their business.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with architects, interior designers, and electrical consultants to have comprehensive lighting solutions specified in high-profile commercial, hospitality, and workplace projects.

Use a consultative selling style to assist clients in achieving aesthetic, functional, and sustainable outcomes.

Devise and implement strategies to enhance product presence within the design and specification community, positioning the range as the go-to for innovative and wellness-focused environments.

Build and cultivate long-term relationships with leading design firms, serving as a trusted advisor across the entire project lifecycle.

Stay abreast of trends in architectural lighting, sustainability, and wellness, representing the company at industry events, presentations, and CPD seminars.

Skills & Experience Needed

Demonstrated experience selling technical or design-driven solutions to architects, interior designers, and specifiers, with deep knowledge of the specification process and end-to-end project delivery.

An appreciation for design principles and strong communication skills to clearly convey the aesthetic and functional benefits of advanced lighting solutions.

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship management abilities to inspire confidence in design and project stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team, sharing insights and contributing to an innovative and achievement-oriented culture.

Salary & Benefits

Base - $110,000 to $130,000
