We Are Seeking
A motivated, driven and experienced Business Development Manager to work closely with Circle of Hope's financial management team and successfully build and expand on its current service offerings in line with Circle of Hope's Strategic and Operational Plan.

About the role
Circle of Hope is looking to bring on an energetic, creative, driven and competitive Business Development Manager to join our growing organisation in Greenacre, NSW.
Reporting to the Director your day-to-day responsibilities are:
Building and expanding service offerings in the South-west Sydney region, rural areas and interstate.
Grow revenue and achieve onboarding targets on a quarterly basis through the promotion and onboarding of supports and services in NDIS respite, STA, MTA, SIL /SDA Accommodation, Support Coordination, Plan Management, community and social participation, allied health and day programs.
Create new business through cold calls, attending networking events and building solid long term business relationships with other industry members.
Develop and maintain a strong promotional and onboarding pipeline, by prospecting potential new participants, working with active participants and new business wins.
Forecast onboarding targets, updating customer details and completing key financial reporting.
Plan approaches and pitches for new business through positive engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders of the business; connecting and collaborating with experienced team members, and external key industry networks.
Communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the service and identifying changes and needs in the local community.
Establishing good working relationships and collaborative arrangements with other service providers, community groups, participants, families, carers, local, state, and federal government agencies, and other organisations to help achieve the goals of the service.
Interstate travel to collaborate, visit and inspect other work sites.
Skills, experience and requirements
Previous work experience in a Business Development Manager role achieving/exceeding sales/KPI targets.
Extensive knowledge and experience of the NDIS and Aged Care industry and market trends.
Tertiary qualifications in Business, eCommerce or relevant qualification.
Current Australian driver’s license for frequent travel.
Current and valid NDIS Worker Screen Check.
Current and valid Working with Children's Check
