About the Role:
Working alongside our National Operations Manager, our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to our current client and service provider networks, as well as maintaining and improving operational processes within our team.
This position is purely business to business and your skills, along with your ethical approach and commitment to results will see your time in our office rewarding. You'll be working in an enthusiastic and supportive work environment where you will have the ability to work autonomously.
About you:
You will be a process driven professional and thrive in a role where planning and perseverance is rewarded. It is also likely that you will be a great communicator and have some experience in providing Hard or Soft facilities services with a keen understanding on WHS related processes. We highly value the ability to demonstrate a high level customer service experience.

We’re looking for:
Excellent communicator with diverse and above average ability (written & verbal) which will include preparing regular client reports.
Highly organised with demonstrated ability of efficient time management.
A resilient personality with a positive attitude.
Definite team player and passionate self-starter.
Computer literacy with CRM & FMS experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
The role forms part of our JKFM Team based at Milton. It is a B2B focused position and carries responsibility for implementation of customer service and operational strategies.
Use JKFM’s internal FMS to coordinate day to day activities relating to soft services with a specific focus on Cleaning.
Assist with expanding and validating JKFM’s contractor network to ensure nationwide coverage and full compliance to JKFM’s policies and procedures.
Flexibility to travel as and when required to audit and review sites, services & contractors in line with JKFM’s procedures.
Assist with planning approaches and developing operational strategies that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
Assist with handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
