🧭 About the Role
This is more than admin — you’ll be a key part of our client journey from first hello to final install. Your day will include:
Greeting clients in our Caloundra showroom and managing walk-in inquiries
Responding to phone, email and website leads
Assisting with drafting simple joinery designs and quoting (training provided)
Booking site measures and install.
Supporting our admin and operations team with daily workflow
This is a hybrid position with variety, responsibility, and a great opportunity to grow your skills as our systems evolve.
🧰 What You Bring
A friendly, polished communication style
Confidence speaking with clients face-to-face, by phone, and email
Strong admin or coordination background (construction, retail, or design industries ideal)
Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills
An eye for detail and a calm, organised approach
Ability to learn our systems and products quickly — Microvellum or similar drafting software is a bonus
A genuine passion for delivering quality and solving problems

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm
