About the role:

Reporting to the Sales Team Leader, you are a natural problem solver with initiative and ambition. You are friendly, and enjoy a lively team environment, working well with others.

The role on offer is an entry level customer facing role, covering the complete process from enquiries to completed sales.

Key criteria:

• Excellent phone manner
• Proactive approach to enquiries and sales orders
• Process oriented and happy to work towards team goals
• Outstanding customer service 100% of the time.
• Clear communication- happy to learn and not afraid to ask for help.

About you

• Sales and/or customer service experience in a retail environment an advantage
• Attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Adaptable and accepting of change
