HN Recruitment has partnered with a national finance brokerage experiencing strong growth. With increasing inbound volume, they are on a mission to double lead flow in the next 90 days.

As a result, they are seeking a Inbound Sales & Lead Qualification Specialist to join their team and take ownership of lead intake, qualification, and appointment booking.

This is a fast-paced role designed for someone who thrives on momentum, process, and outcome-based performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond immediately to inbound phone and digital leads
• Qualify loan needs across asset, mortgage, agri, or livestock finance
• Book and confirm appointments for brokers, including briefing
• Maintain CRM activity and update HubSpot with complete accuracy
• Follow up on unresponsive leads and keep the pipeline active
• Contribute to process improvement and optimisation
• Support lead tracking, reporting, and performance review

Must Haves

• 2+ years experience in a phone-based sales, customer service, or lead qualification role
• Ability to work full-time

Nice to haves

• Understanding/Interest in the Agricultural & Farming industry sector
• Background in financial services industry/brokerage sector
