Facey Property is on the lookout for a Commercial Portfolio Manager to join our team in Melbourne’s southeast. You’ll be working alongside a group of experienced, supportive professionals in a company known for its long-standing relationships, strong ethics and genuine local knowledge.

About the role:
You’ll be managing a mixed portfolio of around 160–180 commercial, industrial and retail properties. Key responsibilities include:
· Managing lease renewals and rent reviews – including compliance, negotiations and documentation
· Coordinating maintenance – liaising with trades, reviewing quotes, compliance and ESM
· General admin – interpreting leases, entering invoices, reconciliations, liaising with authorities
· Handling rental arrears – follow up, issuing notices, lockouts, VCAT where needed
· Conducting inspections – ingoing and final inspections
· Managing insurance – monitoring payments and lodging claims
· Identifying ways to improve efficiency and streamline internal processes
Who we’re looking for:
We’re open to applicants with 1–2 years' experience in property management – whether in commercial or residential – as long as you’ve managed a portfolio.
· Clear, current National Police Check
· Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate
· Driver’s licence and reliable car
· Confident with Microsoft Office
· Cirrus8 experience is a bonus, not a must
· A great attitude – you’re organised, a team player, proactive, and detail-oriented
· Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act is a plus
