We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts team at our Head Office based in Dandenong South.

This role will be responsible to

Processing large volume of supplier invoices in a timely manner

Matching delivery dockets to invoices

Preparation of EFT and cheque payment runs, ensuring that payments are scheduled for release dates according to company cash flow requirements

Maintaining supplier master data files within financial reporting software

Handling accounts payable queries in a timely and professional manner

Ensuring all period end processes are within the correct accounting period and processed accurately

To succeed in this role you will have

Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable role

Handling large volume of invoices in excess of 600 suppliers

High level time management skills

High attention to detail

Driven and self-motivated
