About the role

Skinkandy is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer or Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Maroochydore, QLD. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity, (minimum 25 hours a week) for an immediate start. As the Accounts Payable Officer/Finance Admin, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.

What you'll be doing

Perform Administrative Tasks and accounts payable processing and payments

Daily Bank transactions and reconciliations

Data entry and reporting

Liaising with stores, stakeholders and vendors

Support with budgeting, forecasting and compliance

Assits with product, procurement, supply chain and dispatch

Basic Bookkeeping and other tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in an accounts payable role

Strong numeracy and attention to detail skills to ensure accurate data entry and processing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve deadlines

Relevant qualifications in accounting or finance would be highly regarded
