We’re Blues & Greens, a fast-scaling Australian mentorship brand transforming the lives of teenage boys and their families. And we’re hiring a full-time Head of Member Acquisition to own our inbound sales calls, close with conviction, and help shape the future of families who need it most.

This is not a cold calling role. These are warm, high-intent leads, parents of boys who are actively seeking support.
Your job is to be the calm in the chaos. Listen. Ask questions. Guide them with confidence and empathy. Help their son take the first step toward a better life.
The Role:
As Head of Member Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for enrolling parents into our mentorship program through phone-based discovery calls.
You’ll be supported with full training, daily warm leads, proven scripts, and direct coaching from the founders.
We just need your skill, drive, and ability to connect.
What You’ll Do:
Take a minimum of 4–6 qualified discovery calls daily with warm, inbound leads, booked directly into your calendar
Manage your own pipeline and follow-ups with CRM discipline
Close 60%+ of booked calls, with deposits and contracts signed
Track and update all prospect activity and notes by end of day
Collaborate directly with Harry (Founder) and Andre (GM) for iteration and improvement
Show up to every call with emotional presence and clarity
Communicate clearly with the onboarding team to ensure smooth transitions
Key Results:
Maintain a 60%+ monthly close rate
Maintain 75%+ show rates through proactive engagement and reminders
CRM pipeline hygiene is kept accurate and up to date daily
Clear, complete handover to delivery team post-sale
Ongoing personal and professional growth in sales, psychology, and mentorship
You’ll Thrive Here If You:
Have 3+ years experience in phone or video-based consultative sales
Are a proven closer with a strong service-based sales track record
Are coachable, goal-driven, and able to self-manage under pressure
Possess high emotional intelligence and strong listening skills
Have uncompromising integrity and a bias toward impact over ego
Are Melbourne-based, with availability for in-person onboarding and weekly team sessions
