About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator who’s ready to take our brand to the next level through authentic, engaging social media content. You’ll be capturing the lifestyle, ease, and personality of our properties and clients, turning real-life stories into scroll-stopping moments across TikTok, Instagram, and more.

This is ideal for someone who:

Loves Melbourne culture and understands the renter/investor landscape

Is confident filming on-site (property walkthroughs, client interviews, behind-the-scenes)

Can edit and deliver snappy, modern video content with captions, music, and a clear message

Wants to grow with a brand that values creativity and results

What You’ll Be Creating

Walkthroughs of fully furnished apartments (with voiceover or captions)

Lifestyle content that shows what it's like to live in our homes

Explainer reels about how M&N helps renters and investors

Testimonials from happy clients and partners

Day-in-the-life or relocation story videos

Engaging, trend-based TikToks with an M&N twist

You’ll Need

Proven experience creating social content (show us your work!)

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Rush, etc.)

Confidence directing casual shoots with people or in properties

A natural eye for what resonates - emotionally and visually

Ability to work independently, respond to feedback, and hit deadlines

Bonus Points If You Have

Real estate or property content experience

Understanding of our target audiences (visa holders, investors, relocators)

Graphic design or copywriting skills
