The Role
Reporting to the Head of Retail Australia you will be responsible for nurturing strong customer relationships to achieve business goals and revenue targets. On a day to day basis you will:

• Work with assigned customers to implement sales and marketing plans fostering retention and growth
• Problem solve and consult to customer portfolio regarding any queries or issues raised
• Identify new business development opportunities within existing relationships
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to maximise all marketing and launch events
• Collate information and present sales data on key account performance

Skills and Experience

• To be considered for interview you will have:
• Previous sales and customer experience within the retail industry sector
• Demonstrable experience managing client and buyer relationships
• Strong communication and negotiating skillsHigh attention to detail and strong autonomous skills
• Exposure working with a global team will be looked upon favourably
• A sense of accountability and autonomous nature
