About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day operations across small-to-mid-sized commercial projects. You will run the site safely and efficiently, coordinating trades, managing logistics, and keeping things moving in line with program and spec. You will work alongside a supportive Project Manager and CA, with clear systems and expectations — so you are not fighting chaos every day.

The Work
You will be delivering a range of commercial new builds and fit outs across schools, office spaces, retail, and light industrial sectors. Most projects sit between $1M–$5M, with programs typically running 6 to 12 months. You will be based in Adelaide, with a mix of metro and suburban sites. These are fast-paced jobs that still demand quality, safety, and smart coordination from start to finish.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a capable Supervisor with experience delivering commercial construction projects in the $1M–$5M range. You will be confident running sites day-to-day — coordinating trades, managing safety, solving problems on the go, and representing the company well to clients and subcontractors. Strong communication, a proactive mindset, and a genuine sense of ownership over the job are key. A trade background, ideally in carpentry, is preferred but not essential if you have proven site experience.
