Flavio and Sons Civil is a family-owned earthmoving business which has been operating in South Australia for over 35 years.

Our current market presence ranges from medium/large civil packages for Tier 1-3 builders, including bulk and detailed excavation, base preparations, and storm water installation. Currently we have a large range of our own plant/machinery, ranging from 2t - 40t Excavators (with UTS & GPS), Grader, Skid Steers, Rollers & Loader, Semi and Tandem tippers.

With a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to add an experienced civil supervisor to join our dynamic and versatile team. The position requires a candidate with at least 5+ years’ experience delivering commercial or civil projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Lead a team to effectively deliver civil works in line with project drawings, specification and contractual requirements

Manage internal staff to achieve site safety, quality and environmental requirements

Implementation and adherence to site-specific SWMS and ITPs

Skills in planning and scheduling works, including coordinating subcontractors

Accountable for delivering projects on budget and hitting key program targets

Qualifications & Experience

5+ year’s experience delivering civil packages

White card

Strong leadership and communication skills

Focus on safety and quality

Ideally have experience with GPS/UTS equipment on-site

Strong understanding of project drawings and specifications

Ideally hold LE and LS tickets
