Lynham Networks is a 100% Australian owned and operated company based in Elsternwick. We are looking for an energetic candidate with a "can-do" attitude to join our team of 50 staff.

Qualifications & experience

Background in telecommunications industry

3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or distribution management

High attention to detail

Strong understanding of procurement, inventory control, transportation and warehouse operations

Experience with using Unleashed is preferred but not critical

Tasks & responsibilities

Plan and manage the sourcing, storage and distribution of materials as required by our Project and Operation teams;

Lead supplier selection and purchasing strategies, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, quality standards and delivery schedules;

Implement robust inventory controls for high value components to minimize loss, improve forecasting accuracy and support network readiness;

Manage logistics operations, including transportation planning, warehousing and final delivery, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Negotiate and build strong relationships with key suppliers and monitor performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met

Conduct regular stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy. Mandatory half yearly full stock take and regular mini stock takes during the year.
