As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, supervising a team of 3-4 staff and ensuring the efficient movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. This includes fortnightly container unloads, high-volume monthly order dispatch (approx. 4,000–5,000 orders), inventory control, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems and processes.

Important: We only accept candidates with previous people management experience and proven track record of improving warehouse operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, motivate, and manage a small warehouse team to ensure productivity and accountability.

Coordinate and unload fortnigtly containers from Japan.

Oversee packing and dispatch of customer orders (4,000–5,000/month).

Liaise with shipping and courier companies to manage freight and resolve delivery issues.

Order and manage warehouse supplies including packing materials.

Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain stock accuracy.

Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and order accuracy.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards.
