We are a growing company seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman with a background in remedial building and waterproofing. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities across multiple small to medium-sized projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency. Some quoting and client liaison will be part of the role. Sites are located all across Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise remedial building and waterproofing works across multiple sites
• Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, and ensure jobs run on time and within budget
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and manage daily job progress
• Liaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, and internal project teams
• Support quoting and scope clarification when needed
• Keep management updated with job progress and site reporting

What You Bring:
• Minimum 4 years' experience in remedial building
• White Card and full Australian working rights
• A strong work ethic: dependable, honest, and motivated to take ownership of your projects
• Ability to read plans and follow scopes
• Confident communicator who can represent the company well on-site
• Full driver's licence essential
• Relevant trade qualification in building, carpentry, or waterproofing
