Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the receipt, storage, packing and distribution functions within our Factory operations including general stores duties, coordinating packing and dispatch of goods, expediting and quality control.

A good understanding and working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Assurance Systems and the possession of a current HRWL to operate a forklift are essential for the position.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule the daily dispatch of customer and internal orders

Book freight and liaise with transport providers and internal teams

Prepare and verify dispatch paperwork, labels, and consignment notes

Perform final visual inspections of goods prior to dispatch

Check product quantities and specifications against order details

Report any non-conformances or defects.

Maintain accurate records in our dispatch and QC systems

What We’re Looking For

Experience in dispatch, logistics or warehouse coordination

A basic understanding of quality control or product inspection

Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right the first time

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) desirable.

Experience in Pronto enterprise management system is desirable but not essential.

Current High Risk Work Licence (forklift) is required.

C class Driver license is required.

Position is located in Revesby, New South Wales. Any international applications will not be considered.
