The Roles
Our Housekeeping Team Leader will hold key responsibility for the supervision, training and co-ordination of Housekeeping associates. You will manage and delegate tasks to team, conduct room inspections and ensure standards are being consistently met. You will ensure guest enquiries are attended to and that the highest quality of service is delivered.
Our Housekeeping Coordinator will serve as the central point of communication for the department and responsible for coordinating all requests from the Guest Services team and Housekeeping associate. Additionally, you will ensure that room allocations are competed and distributed to the team. You will ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner and align with hotel standards.
Our Ideal Candidate will possess:
· Prior experience in a similar role, ideally in the hotel industry
· Focus on delivering a 5 star experience for our guests
· Excellent organisational and time management skills
· High attention to detail
· Efficiency in multitasking and prioritising tasks
· Confident in using computer systems – opera experience an advantage
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Able to work independently and collaboratively
· Full Australian working rights, with availability to work a 7 day rotating roster
