Work Hours: 25-hour week – hours will vary between 7am until 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Purpose of the position:

The Cyanergy group (Cyanergy, Solar Emporium and Smart Lifestyle Australia) is an ISO 9001 accredited business looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to manage one of it’s warehouses in Sydney. As Cyanergy expands its residential and commercial presence in Sydney and surrounding regions, the Warehouse Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting our operational efficiency by managing and overseeing all warehouse activities based out of the Greenacre facility. This role ensures that stock for solar PV, battery, heat pump, and air conditioning installations is accurately received, stored, picked, dispatched, and reported, with a high focus on inventory integrity, logistics coordination, and operational readiness.

Your responsibilities:

1. Allocating inventory to installers as per installation forecast.

2. Documenting the acknowledgement of both parties for all stock change / stock consignment.

3. Filing hard copy and uploading a soft copy of the stock consignment for each stock change.

4. Conducting reconciliation of stock every week and reporting to supervisor.

5. Sorting, organizing, and storing inventory/stock in the proper location in the warehouse.

6. Operating heavy machinery like forklifts/pallet jacks to move or store inventory.

7. Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy state and clearing away packing material and debris.

8. Ensuring workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles.

9. Arranging physical stocktake with every installer/party.

10. Reporting to Supervisor on faulty stock to take further action on warranty claims.

11. Work as an active team member to complete team goals.

12. Managing, reporting and disposing of product.

13. Completing any ad hoc tasks/duties assigned by the Supervisor.

To be successful in this role you must have:

Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics, preferably in a trade or construction-related industry.

Certificate II & III in Warehousing Operations is desirable.

Proven experience managing inventory, dispatch operations, and reporting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Solid understanding of workplace safety practices and manual handling procedures.

Strong computer skills, including Excel and familiarity with warehouse/inventory management systems, and CRM or job management software such as ZOHO or Dataforce.

Forklift license and demonstrated safe operating experience.

Experience working in solar, air conditioning, or general trade warehousing environments.

Current Australian Driver License is mandatory.

Must be a Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
