Right now, their design team is on fire—and they’re looking for a Design Manager to help them take things to the next level.
About the Role: Join a tight, talented, and fast-moving team of five in-house designers/drafty's working across some of the most complex and exciting industrial builds in the country. From major food processing facilities to climate-controlled logistics hubs, no two projects are the same—and that’s just how they like it.
Due to rapid project growth, our client needs a seasoned Design Manager who can lead with purpose, communicate with clarity, and drive output without sacrificing quality. You’ll be the linchpin between concept and construction—mentoring, challenging, and elevating a high-performing team that thrives on collaboration.

What You’ll Bring:

• Industrial design experience is essential – especially in cold storage or food processing (huge bonus)
• Proven ability to lead, guide and energise a design team
• Strong communicator who can handle internal teams, stakeholders and clients with ease
• Passion for design accuracy, innovation and buildability
• A proactive mindset – you think ahead, spot problems early, and keep everything moving
