We’re working with a North Brisbane-based construction company known for delivering high-quality projects across Southeast Queensland. With a full pipeline of upcoming work, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on upcoming projects ranging from $2m to $20m in value.

The Role You’ll manage projects from start to finish with the backing of an experienced leadership team and capable site staff. The role suits someone who enjoys taking ownership and building long-term client relationships.
What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering commercial projects across education, hospitality, and general commercial sectors
• Leading the project team including site manager, CA, and subcontractors
• Managing budgets, schedules, and client communication
• Ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and compliance are met

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage project timelines, procurement, and site coordination
• Tier 3 or upper Tier 2 experience preferred
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or a related discipline
