About the Role:

With consolidated growth from previous years plus ambitious plans to capitalise on their success, this heavy equipment business is looking for a driven & hungry Commercial Manager that can add to the strategic plan and help shape future business decisions. This person will report into the interstate CFO with a dotted line to the GM on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead & direct the commercial strategy to meet both business & customer KPI’s

· Manage commercial agreements, pricing function & margin analysis

· Collaborate with various divisions to pull together project deliverables, customer metrics & any compliance/contract obligations

· Investigate trends, scenario analysis/business cases, long-term planning and insights analysis

· Review risk analysis/mitigation and present this information to both the CFO & GM

· Ad-hoc analysis/insight into alternative revenue streams/business plans

About You:

You will be a degree qualified, with a CA/CPA, 10+ years commercial experience in complex & operational businesses with well refined business partnering skills to support non-finance stakeholders. You will be results focused, understand how to drive performance and change, as well as be on the front foot with ideas/insights to further strengthen their success. You will enjoy being part of contract/tendering processes and be looking for a role where you can further develop your capabilities.
