As we expand beyond South Australia, we’re looking for passionate Behaviour Support Practitioners across Australia who want to work independently, with the backing of a supportive and experienced team.

About the Role
This is a contractor position designed for professionals who value autonomy, flexibility, and a partnership-style approach. You'll work remotely and within your local community — building your own caseload, managing your own schedule, and delivering meaningful support without the constraints of an office-based, full-time model.

It’s a long-term opportunity for experienced practitioners who want to work in a values-aligned way.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behaviour assessments in line with best practice

Develop and implement tailored Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs)

Collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to reach behaviour and support goals

Provide training and coaching to support networks

Monitor, review, and adjust plans based on outcomes and feedback

Complete documentation to NDIS Commission standards

Stay current with evidence-based practice and uphold professional standards

Who we’re looking for:
You’re a compassionate, motivated professional who’s confident working independently and committed to making a real difference. You thrive in flexible work environments and value genuine, strengths-based practice.

You’ll bring:

Tertiary qualifications in Behaviour Support, Social Work, Psychology, OT, or a related field

Current registration with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission as a Behaviour Support Practitioner

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A strengths-based, person-centred approach to support

Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice

What You Need:

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check (relevant to your state)

Valid driver's licence + access to a reliable vehicle

ABN (Australian Business Number)

Professional indemnity + public liability insurance

Your own tools of the trade (laptop, phone, etc.)
