About Us
Ivy Psychology is a small, clinician-owned practice delivering telehealth and in-home Behaviour Support and Psychology services across Sydney and nationally. Our team is led by a Clinical Psychologist, PsyBA-approved supervisor, and Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner. We are passionate about ethical, person-centred, ND affirming, and trauma-informed care.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in a full-time, remote role. You will support a varied caseload of NDIS participants across the lifespan, delivering evidence-informed support in collaboration with participants and their teams.
For endorsed, registered, or provisional psychologists, there is scope for a dual psychology/behaviour support role.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans aligned with NDIS Commission standards
Use Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies to reduce restrictive practices
Build capacity with participants, families, and supports
Participate in regular individual and group clinical supervision and team consultation

About You
Core, Proficient, or Advanced NDIS PBS Practitioner (suitability letter or evidence required)
Highly independent, organised, and ability to manage your own schedule to meet billable targets
Minimum one years' experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Allied Health, or related field
AHPRA registration as a psychologist or other allied health professional is highly regarded
Strong commitment to ethical, person-centred, ND affirming, and trauma-informed practice
Own vehicle and willingness to travel for in-home visits
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
