Job Description
Outcomes Connect Australia (OCA) expanded into Queensland from Victoria in 2024. We are excited to announce that the expansion means growth of our Queensland Behaviour Support team so we are now looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Practitioner living in (or very close to) Robina on the Gold Coast.
We will consider a person who already has an understanding of positive behaviour support under the NDIS or has limited experience working as a registered Behaviour Support Practitioner and a sound knowledge of The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework for reducing the use of restrictive practices along with a strong commitment to delivering evidence-based, functional behavioural outcomes.

- Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space
- Ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengths
- Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc
Why Join Us?
- Fantastic team culture - a fun, supportive and quality-focused team which works together to achieve goals
- Generous salary package - above award rates, rewards for outstanding work, great benefits (e.g. $600 annual Health and Wellbeing subsidy), access to salary packaging options and the latest technology to ensure you succeed
- Personal and professional growth - supporting your ongoing professional development and enabling you to do the work you’re most inspired by through our professional development program, fortnightly PD sessions and weekly supervision with your Team Lead
- Work-life balance - flexible work arrangements to plan your work to best suit your lifestyle while also meeting the needs of your team and clients
About you
