What We’re Looking For:

Receptionist

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Friendly and professional phone manner

Ability to manage bookings, payments, and patient enquiries

Experience in dental/medical reception is a plus, but not essential

Dental Assistant

Willingness to learn and follow clinical protocols

Strong attention to detail and hygiene

Ability to support the dentist chairside and assist in sterilisation

Previous dental experience preferred, but training can be provided

Qualifications and Experience:

Ideally 2 + years' experience as a dental assistant/receptionist.

Chairside dental assisting.

Ability to multi-task and follow instructions.

Communicating effectively with team members and have a good work ethic.

Strong knowledge and application of infection control processes.

Reliable and friendly and positive attitude and team player.

Be willing and able to learn new skills efficiently.

Maintaining a clean and healthy clinical environment.

Knowledge of D4W is advantageous.

Receptionist/Front office co-ordinator role

Making appointments

Taking payments

Front desk admin work

Tracking KPIs

Following up with patient treatment plans

Creating a recall system to follow-up with patients
