Position Overview
As an Agreement Sales Specialist at Konecranes, your key responsibility will be to actively seek out and secure new business opportunities, driving the growth of our crane service and maintenance agreements.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively seek and develop new business opportunities
Drive new business growth by identifying and securing service agreement opportunities across your territory.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet targets for volume, value, and customer acquisition.
Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promote tailored service solutions.
Use CRM tools to manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Development and Equipment Sales, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Conduct market research to uncover new prospects and expand brand reach.
Participate in sales coaching, contribute to forecasting, and share insights on support needs.
Support safety compliance by reporting incidents and following WHS policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport and trust with new clients.
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed in the surrounding Canning Vale or WA area.
