• $70 - 80k + Super + Uncapped Commissions (OTE: $160k - Top Performers $200k +)
• field-based role with flexible working arrangements, including Saturdays when required

🔧 Your role:

• Grow Our Client Base – Build strong relationships and boost our brand reputation through exceptional service and customer engagement.
• Manage Pre-Booked Leads – Attend scheduled meetings and proactively follow up to convert leads into loyal customers.
• Deliver Powerful Presentations – Tailor engaging presentations that uncover client energy needs and position solar as the ideal solution.
• In-Home Consultations & Site Assessments – Conduct face-to-face visits, assess property suitability, and drive sales through informed recommendations.
• Custom Solar Solutions – Design tailored systems based on site limitations and customer goals, providing clear specs, pricing, and compliance information.
• Industry Leadership – Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge of solar trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Represent with Integrity – Be the professional face of Solar Dimension, embodying trust, expertise, and commitment in every interaction.

🚀 About you:

• Minimum 1 year sales experience, ideally technical sales or solar, with a strong emphasis on client-facing roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, present confidently, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficient in CRM platforms, digital tools, and presentations; capable of analysing market trends and leading teams to meet deadlines and targets.
• Strong ability to work independently, maintain a high level of motivation, and consistently strive for high-income outcomes.
• Must hold a valid driver's licence and have reliable transport
