About the Role

As a Boat Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey — from first enquiry to the moment their custom boat hits the water.

You will:

Help customers design and choose their ideal boat setup.

Provide detailed quotes and guide clients through the build and delivery process.

Build lasting relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Stay organised with client records and communication.

Keep up to date with our latest boat models, options, and industry trends.

Full-Time / Part-Time / Casual roles available

What We’re Looking For

✅ Passion for boating and the marine lifestyle
✅ Sales experience in aluminium boats or similar marine roles
✅ Strong communication skills and a proven ability to close deals
✅ Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
✅ Enthusiastic learner, excited to grow with the company
✅ Confident towing and handling boats (or willing to learn)
✅ Skipper’s Ticket (or willing to get one)

Location

Fremantle-based, with occasional visits to our Henderson factory.
