Renostain is an Electrical Engineering business in Jandakot specializing in solar, battery and off-grid installations and next-level commercial installations. Renostain offer the credibility of a management team with combined 60 years experience.
WA Owned and Operated, Renostain tick all the boxes as a solar and battery installer. We have our own installations teams, install under our own electrical contractors license but what we have that other solar companies don’t is an in-house electrical engineering capability, the ability to take suburban houses totally off grid, flexibility in product and price and a range of technically vetted products designed to be near bullet proof.
What we need now are energetic team members who will get into people’s homes and businesses, go through the installation options, design a solar system and close the deal. In support we need talented appointment setters and talented tele-sales members.
The roles on offer each represent an exceptional opportunity for enthusiastic conversationalists with a passion to kick goals and earn big.
Full training will be provided as required, both on an introductory and ongoing basis to ensure a strong development of skill and career. This will extend to technical product knowledge, sales methods, customer service processes and the overall renewable energy space.
Duties
Attend/call assigned customers
Report on the visit and discuss in our CRM.
Follow up with customers shortly after visiting.
Attend to all customer phone and email enquiries.
Educate customers on the benefits and possibilities with each solution presented.
Act professionally in your approach to customers and be a great ambassador of the Renostain brand.
Prepare quotes, design solar panel layouts. present solutions to customers, make recommendations and close the deal.
Skills & Experience
A positive and "can do" attitude.
A general enthusiasm for Renewable Energy and Environmentally Sustainable Technology.
Excellent time management and organisational skills when working flexible hours.
Strong computing and mobile technology skills.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
Great telephone and in person manner with a strong focus on rapport building and customer service.
A passion for making extra money through meeting and exceeding targets.
Requirements
Current Driver’s License and a vehicle insured for work use - In-Home presentations and Commercial (not required for appointment setters or tele-sales)
Appointment setters and tele-sales must attend the office in Jandakot
The position is open to Australian citizens &/or persons that have a legal, valid right to work in Australia.
