Frenchy's Cafe is looking for a Chef de Partie!

Dynamic, French Cafe based in Mosman.

Part time and full-time positions available in the future depending on your hunger to succeed with us.

This role will involve:

· Working alongside and following Executive chef’s guidelines; ensuring excellence and consistency in the product delivered to customers

· Actioning daily and weekly systems and procedures to ensure a high level of presentation, hygiene, service and product quality

· Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and food standards. HACCP knowledge preferred but not necessary; training will be provided

· Responsibility and accountability for your section.

The successful applicant for the position must:

· Be motivated, dynamic, clean, focused and punctual

· Min 2 years’ experience in a kitchen

· Ideally possess a Food Safe Handler Supervisor Certificate

· Be flexible to work a range of different shifts

· Be able to work under pressure and within a team environment

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Have a positive and energetic attitude and a passion for consistently presenting excellent meals
