About the Role

We’re a boutique-style MSP based in Cheltenham, and we’re growing fast. That means we’re on the lookout for an IT Technician to join our warm, skilled, and small-but-mighty team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote, in-house and onsite support to our diverse client base

- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, servers, networks, and Office 365 environments

- Manage service desk requests and resolve incidents quickly and professionally

- Support Windows, macOS, Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)

- Administer server hardware/software, backups, antivirus, and patching

- Document client environments, update procedures, and manage tickets through to completion

- Deliver clear, friendly communication to clients and users

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves:

- 2–5 years of IT support experience

- Previous experience in an MSP environment

- Solid knowledge of Windows desktop OS, Microsoft Office, networking (DNS, VPN, LAN/WLAN etc.)

- Microsoft 365 admin skills (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

- Valid driver’s licence + roadworthy vehicle for client site visits

- Great at Report Writing

- Excellent communication and time management

- Able to complete a Police Check and Working With Children Check

Bonus if you’re familiar with:

- macOS support

- Server maintenance and patching

- Creating and maintaining network documentation
