As our team grows, we're looking for someone sharp, experienced, and proactive to join our Service Desk + Onsite Support crew. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and keeping businesses secure — this is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing remote and onsite IT support to SMB clients across Sydney

Troubleshooting desktop, network, and peripheral issues (L1/L2)

Handling support tickets, escalating when needed, and keeping clients informed

Administering Microsoft environments: Windows 10/11, Server 2016–2022, Microsoft 365, Azure AD

Conducting basic networking tasks (e.g., VLANs, WAPs, firewalls, routers)

Performing system updates, patching, and backups

Documenting support work in internal knowledge base and ticketing system

Occasionally visiting client sites for support, installs, or audits

Contributing to cybersecurity best practices and helping secure client systems

Who We’re Looking For

Based in Sydney, with full Australian working rights

Must own a reliable car + driver’s license for onsite support

Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP or internal IT support role

Solid knowledge of:

Windows desktop OS (7/10/11)

Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online

Basic Windows Server roles (DNS, DHCP, AD, Group Policy)

Networking fundamentals (LAN, DHCP, subnets, firewalls, switches)

Exposure to cybersecurity tools or a strong interest in developing these skills

Professional, clear communicator with a focus on user-friendly support

Self-starter with a hunger to learn and evolve in a cybersecurity-centric MSP

Nice to Have (Not Dealbreakers)

Experience with RMM tools (NinjaOne preferred), Zendesk, Datto, or similar

Familiarity with backup solutions, MFA tools, EDR/XDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike)

Previous exposure to documentation and SOP writing

Cybersecurity certifications or progress towards one (CompTIA Sec+, MS SC-900, etc.)
