Position Summary:

This is a senior role for an experienced MSP engineer who thrives on building repeatable, automated solutions using MSP tools (Kaseya) and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work closely with our Service Delivery Manager and Technical Director to lead initiatives that reduce reactive noise, improve security, and supercharge our service delivery. This role champions innovation, leverages best practices, and acts as a force multiplier for the entire service delivery team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Develop and maintain automation for patching, backups, security, onboarding, and compliance tasks.

Optimise the use of Kaseya Endpoint/User, Intune, Defender, and Microsoft 365 tenant tools.

Identify trends from reactive support tickets and implement scalable solutions to reduce them.

Provide leadership and technical expertise across service delivery teams.

Continual improvement and automation to reduce reactive and repetitive noise.

Delivery of everyday tasks globally across all clients

Change Control Management

Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

5+ years in an MSP or similar IT service provider role.

Strong PowerShell and scripting experience.

Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Defender).

Experience using or administering the Kaseya suite (Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, etc)

A process-driven mindset and a hunger to solve problems at scale.

Excellent documentation, time management and communication skills.
