Job Opportunity: Receptionist/Admin Assistant (Part-Time, 7 month Maternity Leave Cover)
Location: Wacol | Hours: 27.5 hours/week
Contract: 7-month maternity leave cover | Start Date: Week of 4th August 2025
Precisionscreen are leaders in the design and manufacture of mobile screening, washing, crushing and recycling equipment. We are currently looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and loyal Admin Assistant/Receptionist for a position at our Wacol based office.
About The Role:
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, fact to face and email, providing excellent customer service.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance across the team, including creating spreadsheets, creating document templates, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office systems.
Operations Assistance: Assist the operations team by producing & reviewing job reports, generating internal workshop jobs, scheduling and updating production plans and updating parts books and match to bill of materials.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into accounting & reporting systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
General Office Duties: Manage filing systems, prepare documents, ordering office supplies and assist with day-to-day office tasks as needed.
About You:
Confident, friendly, and proactive attitude.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
High level of literacy and numeracy skills.
Advanced in Microsoft applications.
Excellent time management skills.
