We’re seeking a polished and reliable receptionist to step into a temporary front-of-house role within a busy serviced office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys client-facing work and wants steady weekday shifts without a long-term commitment.
Shifts are all weekdays, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, from 28 July to 30 September.
- Requires: Experience with business phone systems, strong computer literacy and availability to handle a fast-paced reception.
- Salary guide: $28 - $38 per hour (higher end if you have Serviced Office experience)
- Location: Gold Coast, Queensland.
Your normal day will involve:
You’ll manage the reception desk, greet visitors, handle calls, and provide general support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.Key Duties
- Answering and transferring incoming calls using a Yealink phone system
- Welcoming and assisting clients and guests
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and handling mail
- Maintaining a clean, professional front desk area
- General administration as required
