About the Role:
We are looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Chiropractors Assistant with the added training in Spinal Decompression for relief work when required.

This is a part-time position based at our friendly clinic in Springwood, Brisbane.

You’ll be joining an Allied Health team made up of experienced Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Naturopaths, just to name a few. We work collaboratively to deliver holistic, patient-focused care in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and caring manner

Managing bookings, phone calls, and general reception duties

Assisting with spinal decompression therapy (training provided)

Supporting practitioners and ensuring smooth clinic operations

About you:

You’re an excellent communicator who is able to observe the following roster (with some flexibility to accommodate patient bookings and be able to cover other shifts if required)

The shifts below have variety being either Reception or Spinal Decompression therapy shifts.

· Monday 7:45am - 1pm

· Tuesday 1pm - 6:15pm

· Wednesday 1pm - 6pm

· Alternate Saturdays 7:45am – 12noon

The position is approximately 15 – 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extra hours doing relief. You bring a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn, with attention to detail and organisational skills. Previous experience in reception and health care (preferred but not essential). Your compassionate and empathetic nature will be welcome, with a willingness to perform the more physical portion of the position as a decompression therapist when required.
