Job description

The role will be to support the day-to-day administrative operations of an Electrical and solar business by managing scheduling, customer communication, job tracking, invoicing, and general office tasks. This role ensures that Electrical and Solar jobs run efficiently, from initial customer contact to job completion and billing. A basic knowledge of Solar and panel layouts is a must.

Administrative Support:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails related to solar and batteries.

Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, work orders, and job statuses.

Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, and receipts.

Process payments and follow up on overdue accounts.

Reception and sales support

Customer service

Scheduling & Coordination:

Schedule appointments for Electricians based on job priorities and availability.

Dispatch Electricians and provide job details, including location and customer information.

Monitor job progress and update customers on service timelines.

Keep on top of Energex portal applications and work requests.

Help with basic solar panel layouts (training provided)

Formbay STC submissions

Customer Service:

Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints regarding solar and battery installations

Provide accurate service information and troubleshoot basic service issues.

Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up communication.
