Auspac Solar is a national solar retailer with over a decade of experience in the solar and battery industry.
Auspac Solar is a family run QLD based business (Headquarters in Roma, QLD) and handles both on and off grid projects, as well as insurance and project management roles.

Due to the extreme demand currently for solar and battery, as well as a new national contract with a huge uptick in management Auspac Solar is building a solar operations portal and will need to work with dozens of installers to process hundreds of jobs per week.

We're looking for the following roles to fill in the Raglan Street, Roma Auspac Solar office:

1 x electrician role. You will be partially onsite, partially design and sales assistance with anything technical required. If you dont have your solar install and design accreditation we will facilitate this over the first few months.

2 x sales roles. You will be accessing dozens of hot leads per week and assist customers promptly and punctually with designs communications. This will require a lot of training initially so ideal candidates here are ones that are savvi with tech and maths. We have internal engineers to help and train though. You will become a solar design engineer.

3 x Operations roles. Auspac Solar has secured a massive national contract which will fulfill initially 1800 jobs over 3 months to be installed by its contractor network. This will carry on into 2026 and beyond. Projects are starting mid September/early October. This will mean working with compliance, scheduling, installations management. You must be good on the phones and must be able to work with electricians prior to and onsite. You must be good with IT. You must have attention to detail so as to assist with job compliance.

Accounts. A note here we're looking to fill an accounts position. This will work with the operations teams outlined above.
