We're looking for someone full-time to join our office-based team Varsity Lakes, who can bring energy, positivity, and team spirit to every day. You’ll be the friendly voice (and face!) behind the phone and screen, connecting with our amazing customers via calls, texts, emails, and more.

Your role will include:
✅ Handling inbound and outbound sales and follow-up calls
✅ Building relationships and trust with customers & our awesome team
✅ Communicating across platforms with both spoken and written word.
✅ Supporting our team with admin tasks that keep things running smoothly

If you’ve got experience in phone-based sales or customer service within a service-based business, you’re already a front-runner!
But more than anything, we’re after someone who:
