Your Role
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive with a proven track record selling cybersecurity, consulting, IT services, Salesforce, Oracle, or other enterprise-grade solutions into mid-market and enterprise clients.
This is a pure new business role, not account management. Your sole focus will be on identifying, engaging, and converting new clients to drive revenue growth. You must be highly motivated, self-directed, and capable of building a pipeline from the ground up.
This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for:
Pipeline generation and outbound prospecting
Stakeholder engagement across C-suite and technical buyers
Commercial structuring and proposal development
Contract negotiation and deal closure
You’ll use your industry knowledge and network to unlock high-value opportunities and drive growth across the Sydney metro, broader NSW and/or Victoria market.
You must be confident selling into environments with complex compliance obligations, regulatory scrutiny, and operational risk, particularly where cybersecurity, data governance, and business continuity are mission-critical.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and discovery to solution design, proposal development, and deal closure
Leverage your network and market insights to generate and qualify high-value opportunities across multiple industries
Lead discovery meetings with COOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk and Compliance executives, and other senior decision-makers
Translate business and regulatory risks into structured, compliance-first cybersecurity solutions
Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to scope complex service engagements aligned to client priorities
Close deals ranging from $100K to $1M+ across mid-market and enterprise organisations
Maintain disciplined Salesforce usage with accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting
What You Bring
5+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, consulting, or compliance-driven services
Proven ability to consistently close complex service or consulting deals, with an average value of $100K+
Demonstrated speed and urgency in deal progression — ability to identify decision-makers, remove blockers, and close fast
Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite, Risk, IT, and Compliance stakeholders
A consultative sales approach with the confidence to act as a strategic advisor, not just a vendor
Existing client relationships or warm opportunities that can be activated immediately
