Your Role
We are hiring a senior Account Executive with proven experience selling cybersecurity, consulting, or compliance services into the Banking, Financial Services, Superannuation, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors.
This is a full-cycle role with ownership across pipeline development, relationship management, commercial structuring, and deal closing. You will leverage existing C-level relationships across NSW and Victoria to drive opportunity creation and revenue growth.
You must be confident selling high-value advisory and technical services into enterprise environments, navigating stakeholder complexity, and articulating value in a compliance-driven context.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must have sold services to clients within BFSI (banking, finance, superannuation, or insurance).
You must have existing relationships with C-level decision-makers in BFSI across NSW and VIC.
Experience in cybersecurity services is strongly preferred (GRC, IR, vCISO, pen testing, ISO 27001, CPS 234, SOC 2, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution scoping, proposal, closing
Leverage your network to create warm opportunities and fast-track deal velocity
Run intelligent discovery meetings with CISOs, CROs, COOs, and Risk & Compliance leaders
Translate business risk and regulatory requirements into structured, high-value proposals
Collaborate with internal specialists to scope delivery-ready cybersecurity engagements
Close $100K–$1M+ engagements in compliance-first contexts with regulated clients
Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene and sales reporting in Salesforce
What You Bring
Minimum 5+ years in enterprise sales within BFSI, ideally cybersecurity or consulting
Demonstrated success in closing multi-stakeholder consulting engagements ($250K+)
Deep understanding of BFSI procurement, stakeholder complexity, and buying cycles
Confidence in mapping services to frameworks like CPS 234, ISO 27001, SOC 2, Essential Eight
Strong written and verbal communication, with an executive presence and trusted advisor tone
Existing client base or senior contacts that you can engage immediately
