Your Role
We are hiring a senior Account Executive with proven experience selling cybersecurity, consulting, IT, Salesforce, Oracle Digital Transformation, or other enterprise services into the Health Sector, including private hospitals, specialist clinics, pathology groups, diagnostics, medical franchises, and radiology providers.
This is a full-cycle role responsible for pipeline generation, stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, and deal closing. You will use your sector knowledge and executive network to open high-value opportunities and drive revenue in NSW’s fast-moving health sector.
You must be confident selling into environments with clinical data sensitivity, operational risk, and complex compliance obligations.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must have sold services to healthcare providers, medical organisations or pharmaceuticals in NSW.
You must have existing relationships with C-level or senior operational decision-makers in the health sector across NSW.
Experience in cybersecurity services is strongly preferred (e.g. Essential Eight, ISO 27001, IR plans, pen testing, vCISO, HIPAA-style alignment, OAIC readiness).

Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, proposal, closing
Leverage your network to create qualified opportunities with medical clients
Lead discovery meetings with COOs, CIOs, CISOs, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders
Translate health sector risks into structured cybersecurity solutions
Work with internal experts to scope high-impact, compliance-first service engagements
Close $100K–$1M+ deals with private hospitals, clinic groups, and franchises
Maintain disciplined Salesforce usage and accurate sales reporting
What You Bring
5+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in cybersecurity, consulting, or compliance services
Experience selling into the private health sector, medical or pharmaceuticals field in NSW
Proven success closing complex consulting or service deals ($250K+ average value)
Strong understanding of health data obligations and operational risk in clinical environments
Executive-level communication and the ability to act as a trusted advisor
A strong client base or senior relationships ready for immediate engagement
