Account Executive - Workflow Optimisation SaaS

Package: $110,000 - $130,000 + Super| $220,000 - $260,000 OTE uncapped

Our Client:

Our client is a global leader in workflow optimisation, with significant private equity backing fuelling their expansion across the ANZ region. Their SaaS platform provides enterprise organisations with the capabilities to streamline complex processes, eliminate operational bottlenecks, and drive significant gains in productivity and efficiency.

As they continue their impressive growth, they are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to help expand their Australian team. This is a critical role where you will be responsible for driving new business revenue and shaping the future of their success in the region.

The Role:

As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large, complex enterprise deals. You will act as a strategic consultant to C-suite, Operations, and IT leaders, demonstrating how our client's solutions can solve their most pressing operational challenges.

This role is focused on closing significant new business. You will be supported by the client's dedicated SDR and marketing functions to help build the pipeline, allowing you to focus on navigating enterprise accounts and building key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and engage target enterprise accounts.
  • Navigate complex organisational structures to build relationships with key decision-makers, champions, and economic buyers within Operations, IT, Finance, and the C-suite.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions and deliver compelling, value-based presentations and software demonstrations focused on ROI and efficiency gains.
  • Lead commercial and contractual negotiations to close six and seven-figure recurring revenue deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the SDR, Marketing, and local leadership teams to ensure a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide reliable forecasting.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in a closing role, specifically within SaaS.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience selling workflow automation, BPM (Business Process Management) or related operational SaaS platforms is a bonus.
  • A strategic, consultative selling mindset with exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
